SriLankan Airlines Catering restaurants are conveniently located in both the public lobby area and the transit area of the terminal, offering passengers easy access to dining services. The lounge provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for passengers and includes shower facilities.

There are two banks located in the common lobby area. Both the Bank of Ceylon and Sampath Bank will provide currency exchange facilities. Automated teller machines are available in the outer porch.

A Post office is located in the outer porch. Open 24 hours.

SIM cards are available for purchase in the lobby area for international passengers arriving in the country, ensuring convenient connectivity upon arrival.

The airport taxi service (Tel (094) 472031000 Ext. 1116) supervise by Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited operates an information counter in the arrival Lobby with a fleet over 50 vehicles. Public Transport also available during peak times.

The Medical Center, located in the Arrival Area, is staffed by a doctor and qualified nurses to provide assistance to passengers as required.
