BIA Meet and Greet Service

The BIA Meet and Greet service is designed to provide personalized assistance for you to go through the airport formalities in departures or arrivals. Our dedicated staff will guide you for check-in, security, customs, and emigration formalities. We are committed to making your airport experience as pleasant and efficient as possible.

Service Charge: Rs. 2500

Departure

Our airport services staff will be waiting to meet you at the departure lobby information counter. You will be personally guided by our staff from the departure lobby to the transit area to clear security, customs, check-in, and emigration formalities, and directed to the departure gate. A maximum of two (02) visitors will be permitted to accompany you to the departure lobby at no extra charge.

Please note: An additional fee may apply for porter services, which should be arranged at the outer porch.

Arrival

Our airport services staff will page you at the gate. You will be personally guided by our staff from the gate to the arrival lobby to clear immigration, baggage claim, and customs formalities. A maximum of two (02) visitors will be permitted free of charge to the arrival lobby area to receive you.

Please note: An additional fee may apply for porter services, which should be arranged at the baggage belt area.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight for departure movements and 2 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time of the flight for arrival movements. Requests should be sent via email to dm@airport.lk or meetandgreetbooking@airport.lk. Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellation requests, subject to a deduction of a 5% cancellation fee from the total payment.

Service offered - Departure (LKR 2500 per service)

Passenger will be guided by AASL staff from the departure lobby to transit area to clear security, customs, check-in and emigration formalities with directions provided to the departure gate.
Maximum number of 02 visitors will be permitted to accompany the passenger to the departure lobby free of charge.
Visitors are required to bring the Reservation Confirmation and produce it with the National Identity Card to the Day Pass Office to gain access to the lobby.
Passenger is required to report to the Information Counter at the departure lobby 03 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight and present the reservation confirmation and travel document to the staff.
Any other services such as porter, wheelchair etc. may be obtained by the passenger by making a separate payment to relevant parties.
Assistance for duty-free shopping shall not be provided by the airport assistant staff neither shall he/she carry any items on behalf of the passenger.
Airport assistant staff will not be involved in any regulatory formality on behalf of the passenger.

Passenger will be guided by AASL staff from the gate to arrival lobby to clear immigration, baggage claim and customs formalities.
Maximum number of 02 visitors will be permitted free of charge to the arrival lobby area to receive the passenger.
Visitors are required to produce the Reservation Confirmation and their National Identity Card to the Security staff at the arrival lobby entrance to gain access to the lobby.
Passenger is required to respond to the paging and present the reservation confirmation and travel document to the staff.
Any other services such as porter, wheelchair etc. may be obtained by the passenger by making a separate payment to relevant parties.
