INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

SUPPLY AND FIXING OF FIRE RESISTANT DOORS TO AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AT MATTALA RAJAPAKSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT,MATTALA

BID NO. : 075/T/2022

Bids are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited for the Supply and Fixing of Fire Resistant Doors to Air Traffic Control Tower at Mattlala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala. 

Bids should be submitted on Documents obtainable from the Division of Supply Chain Management , Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred (Rs. 3,500.00) being a non-refundable Bidding Document Fee,  together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.

Bidding Documents may be purchased between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 21.03.2023 up to 10.04.2023 from the Office of Supply Chain Management Division, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake
                                                                                                                                                                                                
Bids should be deposited in the box provided for this purpose at  Supply Chain Management Division , Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited. If bidders are so desire, they may personally hand over the sealed Bids to above address and obtain an acknowledgement. 

Bids will close at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday the 11th April 2023, and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of Bids.

All Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend the Pre – Bid meeting, on 30.03.2023 at 10.00 a.m. at the Conference Room at the Civil Engineer’s Office, Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala. 

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Sri Lanka Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Thousand (Rs. 150,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a  Bank approved by the Central Bank  operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with  the Bid.
