“To recognize the value of loyalty employees and to say goodbye”
SEWA PRANAMA 2016, a glittering event organized by HR Division of AASL was held on 21st December 2016 at the Arrival Terminal of BIA, with the participation of Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Executive Director of AASL to say “Thank You” to employees who retired from service in 2016.
Sixty Two (62) retired employees who retired during 2016 were honored at this event which was participated by the top management, Heads & Deputy Heads of Divisions and a large gathering of staff representing all divisions of the company. Several dancing events included in the agenda added colour to the ceremony.
“Sewa Pranama” program is a meaningful gesture to remind the retiring employees of their value to the organization and an occasion for the management and staff to show their gratitude towards them.
