AASL Wins Silver Award for Business Excellence

Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited (AASL) secured the Runner-up Award under the "State Services Sector" at the "National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) - 2019" held at the Hilton Hotel, Colombo on 13th December 2019. This is the 6th time that AASL was selected for a sector award by Panel of judges of this particular competition conducted by National Chamber of Commerce annually. One of our key business partners, Sri Lankan Catering Services (SLCS), was awarded with the Gold Award and Litro Gas was the Merit award winner in the sector.
We would like to note down our extended wishes to SLCS on their glittering performance for beating top private blue-chip Organizations by securing the Overall Silver award along with three other awards. This symbolizes that we have the right business partners with us in driving the countries aviation sector to the next level.
NBEA which is conducted by National Chamber of Commerce is considered to be one of the most prestigious awards competitions in Sri Lanka which recognizes the business entities who excel in overall Business Excellence. The degree at which an Organization is excelled in Overall Business Excellence is measured in 07 perspectives namely; Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Corporate Governance, Excellence in Capacity Building, Excellence in Performance Management, Excellence in Local and Global market Reach, Excellence in CSR & Environmental Sustainability and Excellence in Business and Financial Results.
