72nd Independence Day Celebrations at BIA

While the national event to celebrate the 72nd Independence Day, which was themed “A Secured Nation - A Prosperous Country”, took place ceremoniously today (February 04) at the Independence Square, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited (AASL) organized its Independence Day celebrations at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), with the participation of Major General (Rtd) G. A. Chandrasiri, Chairman of Airport Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited (AASL) and the Vice-Chairman, Mr. Rajeewasiri Sooriyaarachchi. Head of Divisions of AASL, other officials from related institutions and staff of the AASL were also present at the occasion.
