Subscription to Aeronautical Information Products for the year 2023
1. Description
Starting from 2023, AIP, AIP Amendments, AIP Supplements and AICs will be provided as Electronic
documents and are available on the AASL website: airport.lk in downloadable form. Access to eAIP on
the AASL website is free of charge and no user login or subscription is required. This is to inform that
these publications can also be obtained in CDs by subscription, priced at US $ 40 per annum and are
subjected to the postal service fees. Printed publications, however, are still provided but only upon
request and will be charged US $40 for initial subscription, followed by US $ 35 for annual subscription
subject to the postal service fees.

2. Payment and other expenses
2.1 In order to request initial subscription or renewal of annual subscription for Aeronautical Information
products (paper or CD ROM) for the year 2023, complete the attached Order Form and forward the
same to the postal address / e-mail or fax number given in the order form on or before 31st January
2023. Failure to do so may result in suspension of subscription to the AIP.
2.2 The total charge (including postage charges), based on the order request will be advised by e-mail.
2.3 Subscribers outside Sri Lanka should make payments by a cheque or bank draft in United States Dollars only.
2.4 Cheques and Bank drafts should be made payable to Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd.
2.5 Every publication will be dispatched after the payment being confirmed.
2.6 The holders of AIP Sri Lanka on reciprocal (free of charge) / complementary basis are also required to
order renewal of subscription indicating their preference to the form of AIS Publications (i.e. Paper version or electronic version) for the year 2023.
